IGDown is operated by Baljit, an individual operator based in New Delhi, India. The primary contact for the service is support@igdown.pro. IGDown does not operate public customer-service premises, so email is the fastest contact channel.

Downloader support

For a failed public link, include the URL, device, browser and version, approximate time, and exact error message or screenshot. This helps reproduce extraction and download failures.

• Do not send your Instagram password, session cookie, two-factor code, or private direct-message content.
• Confirm the link opens in a private browser window without requiring sign-in.
• Allow reasonable time for investigation when an upstream Instagram change affects extraction.

Privacy and legal requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” for questions about personal data and “DMCA notice” for a copyright report. DMCA notices should include all information listed in the DMCA Policy so they can be evaluated without unnecessary delay.
